The Aimpoint Micro H-2 4 MOA with Micro Standard Mount for Weaver / Picatinny rails is a second-generation compact reflex red dot sight. This ready-to-mount configuration combines a highly visible 4 MOA red dot, a compact optic, and a standard mount for compatible Weaver and Picatinny rails.

The Micro H-2 is designed for hunters, sport shooters, and users looking for fast target acquisition, durable construction, and a compact mounting solution. Its reinforced housing, improved lenses, and transparent flip-up lens covers are suited to dynamic and outdoor applications.

4 MOA Red Dot

The 4 MOA red dot supports fast and intuitive target acquisition. Its more visible dot is especially suitable for quick shooting, moving-game hunting, sport shooting, and short- to medium-range applications.

The sight operates at 1x, with no magnification and unlimited eye relief. Its operationally parallax-free design enables natural both-eyes-open shooting without requiring precise eye centering behind the optic.

Standard Weaver / Picatinny Mount

This version includes the Micro Standard Mount for Weaver / Picatinny rails. It is designed for firearms equipped with compatible Weaver or Picatinny rail systems.

Optical-axis height is 20 mm, measured from the top surface of the mounting platform. This low mounting height suits configurations that require the optic to sit close to the rail.

Recommended torque between the mount and rail is 2.0 Nm / 18 in-lbs, using a Torx T10 tool. Recommended torque between the mount and sight is 1.35 Nm / 12 in-lbs, also using a Torx T10 tool.

Optics and Protection

The Micro H-2 uses improved lenses, anti-reflective coating on all surfaces, and a multi-layer objective-lens coating. These features are intended to optimize light transmission, red-dot shape, and dot clarity.

Average light transmission is 60% from 420 to 700 nm. The light source is a 650 nm red LED, designed to be eye-safe under normal operating conditions.

Transparent flip-up lens covers are included. They help protect the lenses from dust and splashes while retaining usable visibility when the covers are closed.

Battery Life and Settings

The sight is powered by one CR2032 3 V lithium battery. It provides up to 50,000 hours, or more than five years, of continuous operation on a single battery.

A rotary switch provides 12 intensity settings for daylight and low-light conditions. This model is not compatible with night vision devices.

Durability and Use

The Micro H-2 features a redesigned and reinforced housing for demanding outdoor conditions. It is submersible to 5 m / 15 ft.
