The MAGPUL CTR (Compact/Type Restricted) is a Mil-Spec telescoping stock designed as a direct replacement for AR-15/M16 platforms using Mil-Spec receiver extension tubes. Lightweight and fast-handling, its streamlined A-frame profile minimizes snagging and protects the latch from accidental activation.
The CTR features a supplemental friction lock system that significantly reduces stock wobble, providing greater stability during firing—even under demanding tactical conditions. It also includes an ambidextrous QD sling mountcompatible with all push-button sling swivels.
The Mil-Spec model comes with a 0.3” thick rubber butt-pad, ensuring solid shoulder purchase and preventing slippage, even when wearing body armor or modular gear.
