The Swedish HUSQVARNA M40 is a semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9x19mm. The Husqvarna M40 is a simplified version of the Finnish Lahti VKT-L pistol.

It was built in Sweden under license by Husqvarna and was adopted by the Swedish Army in 1940.
